GlowGear is a proudly family‑run business led by owner Johlette de Jager. The company was originally established in 1994 as a Close Corporation by its founding members, Dr Blanche de Wet and Johlette de Jager. Their combined academic expertise and shared commitment to public safety shaped the vision for a company dedicated to reducing preventable injuries and saving lives.

Johlette is always ready to assist with quotations and product information. She also keeps a close eye on factory operations and stays up to date with new developments.

Elna oversees and manages all financial processes, including invoices and statements, and she also handles the company’s human resources functions.

Jenny is the friendly voice you hear on the phone and the warm welcome at the front door. A true jack‑of‑all‑trades, she supports quality control, purchasing, courier coordination, and more.
